Ancak, \u00fclkemizde pek \u00e7ok binan\u0131n; m\u00fchendislik hizmeti almadan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, malzeme ve i\u015f\u00e7ilik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan teknik gerekliliklere uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00f6zellikle beton kalitesinin \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu ve deprem a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenmi\u015ftir. Teknik Heyetin, riskli bina raporunu uygun bulmas\u0131 halinde rapor kesinle\u015fecek ve y\u0131k\u0131m s\u00fcreci ba\u015flayacakt\u0131r. \u0130tiraz sonucunda binan\u0131n riskli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na karar verilmesi halinde tapuya konulan \u015ferh kald\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-safirtema-sorucevap safir-faq\"><div class=\"question\"><div class=\"safiricon icon\"><svg class=\"safiricon-icon49\"><use href=\"#safiricon-icon49\"><\/use><\/svg><\/div><span class=\"text\">R\u0130SKL\u0130 YAPILARDA ELEKTR\u0130K, SU VE DO\u011eAL GAZIN KES\u0130LMES\u0130 VATANDA\u015eI MA\u011eDUR ETMEYECEK M\u0130?<\/span><div class=\"openclose\"><\/div><\/div><p class=\"answer\">Kanuna g\u00f6re, riskli alanlardaki yap\u0131lar ile riskli yap\u0131lara verilen elektrik, su ve do\u011fal gaz hizmetleri durdurulabilecektir.
