Bilindi\u011fi gibi 7.5 milyon konutun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in 400 milyar dolarl\u0131k bir kaynaktan bahsediliyor. H\u00fck\u00fcmet yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ve \u0130ller Bankas\u0131\u2019ndan buldu\u011fu kaynakla 5 y\u0131lda sekt\u00f6re 75 milyar liral\u0131k bir kaynak ay\u0131racak. Proje hayata ge\u00e7erse 2018&#8217;de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in 15 milyar liral\u0131k kaynak aktar\u0131lacak. \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakan\u0131 Mehmet \u00d6zhaseki, projeyi Bakanlar Kurulu\u2019na sundu. Proje, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n onay\u0131na da sunulacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck daire \u00fcretiminin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ecek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 olumlu kar\u015f\u0131layan \u0130NDER ve Teknik Yap\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Nazmi Durbakay\u0131m, Bakan Mehmet \u00d6zhaseseki\u2019nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 olumlu kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. Durbakay\u0131m konuyla ilgili \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cHalihaz\u0131rda riskli binalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fcteahhidin de bir katma de\u011fer katmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Emsallerde bir art\u0131\u015f olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm zorlan\u0131yordu. Bina sahiplerine verilen bu kaynak ise m\u00fcteahhidin kendisi i\u00e7in daire \u00fcretmesine gerek kalmadan sadece m\u00fcteahhitlik g\u00f6revini yerine getirerek i\u015fi yapmas\u0131n\u0131 ve para almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kaynak olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in di\u011fer t\u00fcrl\u00fc minimumda var olan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck dairelerin, m\u00fcteahhidinde kendine pay almas\u0131 nedeniyle daha da k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc aktaran Durbakay\u0131m, bu anlamda sekt\u00f6re faydas\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 gibi bir hareketlenme de sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn beklentilerinin fazla oldu\u011funu bu beklentilerin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 konusunda h\u00fck\u00fcmet taraf\u0131ndan ad\u0131mlar at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Durbakay\u0131m, \u201cAl\u0131m sat\u0131m vergisi 2\u2019den 1.5\u2019a indi. Katma de\u011fer vergisinde indirimler oldu yabanc\u0131ya te\u015fvik sa\u011fland\u0131. Bizim beklentimiz b\u00fcrokrasinin h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve m\u00fcktesep hakk\u0131ndaki d\u00fczenlemeler. Yani bir ruhsat daha do\u011fru imar al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu ge\u00e7erli olmal\u0131. Sonras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikler taraflar aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fat\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8216;Belediyeler master plan\u0131 haz\u0131rlamal\u0131&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GYODER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Feyzullah Yetgin de, kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde herkesin \u015fikayetinin finansman sorunu oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cKamunun deste\u011fi olmadan d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn olmayaca\u011f\u0131 lokasyonlar var. Bu anlamda devletin bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 finansal a\u00e7\u0131dan katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 400 milyar dolarla 7.5 milyon konutun yenilenmesi gerekir. Kamunun bu boyutuyla i\u015fin i\u00e7ine girmesinden memnuniyet duydum\u201d dedi. Bu durumun bina bazl\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Yetgin, \u201cAncak tekil bazda bina d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne izin vermek riskli alan ilan edilen b\u00f6lgelerdeki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc engelleyebilir.
