Haz\u0131rlanan 5 alternatiften se\u00e7ilen Kanal \u0130stanbul&#8217;un g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 resmile\u015fti. Ve sondaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ilk kazma vuruldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7IKAN HAFR\u0130YATLA 3 GRUP ADA YAPILACAK<\/p>\n<p>Projeden \u00e7\u0131kan hafriyatla Marmara Denizi&#8217;ne 3 grup ada yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Birinci grup ada 186 hektar olacak. \u0130kinci grup ada 155 hektar olacak. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc grup ada 104 hektar alan\u0131 kaplayacak. \u00c7\u0131kan hafriyat\u0131n kalan\u0131 Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n doldurulmas\u0131nda ve Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgeye yeni k\u0131y\u0131 yap\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>4 \u0130L\u00c7EDE 45.2 K\u0130LOMETRE<\/p>\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131 Marmara Denizi&#8217;ni K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc&#8217;nden ay\u0131ran k\u0131staktan ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Alt\u0131n\u015fehir ve \u015eahintepe mahallelerinden ge\u00e7erek Sazl\u0131dere Baraj Havzas\u0131 boyunca devam edecek Kanal \u0130stanbul, Terkos ve Durusu mahallelerinin yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda Terkos G\u00f6l\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn do\u011fusundan Karadeniz&#8217;e ula\u015facak. Proje alan\u0131, Arnavutk\u00f6y (28.6 km) K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece (7 km), Ba\u015fak\u015fehir (6.5 km) ve Avc\u0131lar (3.1 km) il\u00e7e s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde.<\/p>\n<p>Projenin 65 milyar TL yat\u0131r\u0131mla hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi planlan\u0131yor. \u0130n\u015faat a\u015famas\u0131nda 6 bin ki\u015finin, i\u015fletme a\u015famas\u0131nda bin 500 ki\u015finin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Kanal derinli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 1.5 milyar metrek\u00fcp hafriyat \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Deniz ve dip taramas\u0131ndan da 115 milyon metrek\u00fcp malzemenin \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>LOJ\u0130ST\u0130K MERKEZ<\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda hem Marmara Denizi&#8217;ne hem de Karadeniz&#8217;e konteyner y\u00fck liman\u0131 in\u015fa edilecek. Karadeniz&#8217;e yap\u0131lacak liman 4.8 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda olacak. Bin 500 hektar alana lojistik merkez kurulacak. 3. havaliman\u0131 ve demir yolu ile entegresi sa\u011flanacak. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc&#8217;ne 200 ile Sazl\u0131dere&#8217;ye 860 tekne kapasiteli yat limanlar\u0131 yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>HAYVAN K\u00d6PR\u00dcS\u00dc<\/p>\n<p>Kanal \u0130stanbul&#8217;un \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7ecek 6 k\u00f6pr\u00fc ile kara ve demiryolu ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. Yabani hayvanlar\u0131n ge\u00e7i\u015fi i\u00e7in de ayr\u0131ca 6 k\u00f6pr\u00fc in\u015fa edilecek. K\u00f6pr\u00fcler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kanal i\u00e7erisinde acil durum r\u0131ht\u0131mlar\u0131 da olacak. Dalgak\u0131ranlar, fenerler ve Karadeniz ile Marmara Denizi&#8217;nde bekleme alanlar\u0131 in\u015fa edilecek.<\/p>\n<p>100 YIL \u00d6M\u00dcR<\/p>\n<p>Yatay m\u00fchendislik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam eden g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n 5 y\u0131lda tamamlanmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Proje tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 350 DTW b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki gemilerin bile ge\u00e7i\u015fi i\u00e7in uygun olacak. Ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fc 100 y\u0131l olacak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n Kanal \u0130stanbul \u00c7ED raporu haz\u0131r. Plana ye\u015fil alanlar, kentsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131, korunacak alanlar i\u015flendi. Yap\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131 getirilecek. Korunacak alanlar, sosyal altyap\u0131 alanlar\u0131, afet tehlike alanlar\u0131, su, at\u0131ksu ve at\u0131k sistemleri, sa\u011fl\u0131k, turizm, ula\u015f\u0131m, karayollar\u0131, demiryollar\u0131, denizyollar\u0131 ve havayollar\u0131 alanlar\u0131 i\u015flendi.<\/p>\n<p>KAMU PLANI<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131n 12 kilometresi Sazl\u0131dere, 8 kilometresi ise K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ekmece G\u00f6l\u00fc&#8217;nden ge\u00e7iyor. Bir kilometrelik alan ise orman. Geri alan 23 kilometrekarelik alan kamula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak.
